Founded in 2022 by Garrow McKay, Garrow Interiors is an interior design firm based in the heart of Tennessee. Garrow, a proud Tennessean born and raised, has a passion for creating spaces that blend functionality, elegance, and timeless charm. Garrow’s work is defined by a thoughtful approach that merges modern design with traditional elements, ensuring every project feels both fresh and enduring.
Garrow’s love for design began as a child, always decorating her room and envisioning how spaces could be transformed. However, it wasn’t until her time at The University of Mississippi, where she interned with a skilled interior designer, that her love for the craft truly blossomed. This experience set her on the path to founding Garrow Interiors and shaped her belief that design should be deeply personal and reflective of those who live in a space.
Inspired by her background in floral design, Garrow often draws color and texture from the natural world. At the conclusion of each project, she presents her clients with a custom floral arrangement, a personal touch that echoes the essence of their new space.
With years of experience in the industry, Garrow’s focus is on providing a seamless design experience for her clients—managing both the creative and project aspects to ensure a smooth process from start to finish. The goal of Garrow Interiors is simple: to craft spaces that not only meet the needs of our clients but also reflect their individuality and lifestyle.
